Class Description

Monday:
Lower Body Sculpt- Our Lower Body Power Attack brings a high level of energy and targeted movement to get your lower body--hips, glutes, and legs--into total shape! Our intense cardio and high-burn resistance moves will have you sweating, shedding fat, and ridding yourself of calories. Use it to wake up before you head off to work or to top off your day. You won’t be disappointed with this session.

Tuesday:
Total Body Power Attack brings a high level of energy and targeted movement to get your entire body--hips, glutes, and legs--into total shape! Our intense cardio and high-burn resistance moves will have you sweating, shedding fat, and ridding yourself of calories. Use it to wake up before you head off to work or to top off your day. You won’t be disappointed with this session. Move to the BEAT of MUSIC.Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG by Zumba® instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.

Wednesday: Body-Sculpting/ Power Training
We make our Body-Sculpting Power Training classes EXCITING! and offer them three times. Our focus is on getting you the individualized training that you need and guiding you in order to avoid injuries.

This workout hour is made up of high-intensity cardio interval and resistance sessions. We get your heart rate going and your muscles toned and sculpted. Body-Sculpting Power Training is offered early in the mornings just for the early birds who want a good sweat after their cup of morning joe. We also offer it in the evenings for those who want to get the lead out after a long day at work. With this class, what you feel and look like are the main focus--we want to get you to sweat and get the results you want!

Thursday:
Are you ready for the Fat-Melting Inferno? This is a super intense interval training class that absolutely pushes you to the edge. During each session, we work our way up to ultimate endurance by completing short but high-velocity intervals. While all our intervals last only 20 seconds, it will be enough to get you sweating and your heart beating. After our epic 20-second intervals, you get to rest for 10 seconds before doing it all over again.

The objective of Inferno? To test your limits, charge through your fitness plateau, and amp up your metabolism. We believe that interval training is what helps you lose weight even when you’re not working out Fat.

Saturday Bootcamp:
Join us for an intense and energizing Saturday morning bootcamp designed to improve your strength, endurance, and overall fitness! Led by our experienced trainers, this class will combine elements of strength training and circuit training to give you a full-body workout that will leave you feeling challenged and accomplished.

During the strength training portion of the class, you'll focus on building muscular strength and definition through a variety of resistance exercises. You'll use dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to work your arms, chest, back, legs, and core, targeting every major muscle group in your body.

Next, we'll move on to the circuit training portion of the class, where you'll complete a series of high-intensity intervals that will elevate your heart rate, improve your cardiovascular fitness, and burn calories. Each circuit will consist of a combination of bodyweight exercises, plyometric movements, and cardio drills, all designed to challenge your endurance and test your limits.

Throughout the class, our trainers will provide modifications and progressions to ensure that everyone, regardless of fitness level, can participate and get the most out of the workout. By the end of the class, you'll have pushed yourself to your limits and accomplished something great, setting the tone for a healthy and active weekend.
